With the help of EAS, Kasekunst will continue the cooperation in scientific research and product development with the scientists at the Department of Food Science and Technology, Estonian University of Life Sciences. Supported by EAS’s development voucher grant, we have embarked on an extensive research project aiming to study new possibilities to concentrate birch sap and develop further exciting products. The research team of the Estonian University of Life Sciences is lead by Hannes Mootse.
