The only ingredient of our birch syrups is concentrated birch sap. They contain sugars and minerals naturally present in birch sap, nothing is added. The light birch syrup has a delicately sweet and slightly citrusy taste. It has been concentrated below boiling point, leaving its sugars non-caramelised. The light birch syrup works well in desserts and baked goods, in salad dressings, spreads and dips, for glazing fish.
