The only ingredient of our birch syrups is concentrated birch sap. The syrups contain sugars and minerals naturally present in birch sap, nothing is added.
Gold birch syrup has a delicately sweet, yet complex, taste ensemble with a finish reminiscent of wild honey and rosehip. It is excellent in salad dressings and barbecue sauces, on ice-cream, yoghurt, pancakes and cereals, in cocktails, pastries and desserts.
The gold syrup is the Estonian National Museum food souvenir competition award winner 2018.
