Dark birch syrup 100ml

The only ingredient of our birch syrups is concentrated birch sap. They contain sugars and minerals naturally present in birch sap, nothing is added. The dark birch syrup has a rich caramel taste with woodlandy notes and a slightly tangy, morello-like finish. It is excellent for grill marinades and salad dressings, as well as on vanilla or coconut ice cream, in desserts, baked goods and cocktails.
