The only ingredient of our birch syrups is concentrated birch sap. The syrups contain sugars and minerals naturally present in birch sap, nothing is added.
Dark amber is our first harvest syrup that can only be made at the very beginning of the season in small quantities. The syrup has a velvety toffee taste, enhanced by slightly tangy woodland notes. It is excellent on pancakes, ice-cream and yoghurt, in cocktails, pastries and desserts. It can also add an interesting taste nuance to salad dressings, barbecue sauces and stir-fries.
