The birch sap is running at our farm! We are all ready for the season. This spring is the first for us to collect the sap with the closed tubing system, new to Estonia. We acquired the necessary equipment from Leader Evaporator, the largest United States producer of all technology for gathering sap and making syrup. Have a good spring everyone!
