George’s Special Cold Condiment (for meat)

1 tablespoon mustard (Dijon)
2 teaspoons horseradish
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons birch syrup
Tabasco (2-3 drops)

Blend all the ingredients thoroughly. The sauce is a classic served with cold cuts or with tongue. It also works well with pork tenderloin, beef steak, or even with roast vegetables.
