Beer and Birch Syrup Marinade for Meat

Beer and Birch Syrup Marinade for Meat

350 ml light beer
150 ml pineapple juice (can be replaced with another acidic juice, such as apple juice)
3 tablespoons dark birch syrup
3 teaspoons Worchester sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
4 tablespoons fresh marjoram (finely chopped)
Some freshly milled pepper (black, red, or mix)
1 teaspoon seasalt
1 kg meat (pork tenderloin works best)

Mix all the marinade ingredients together and soak the meat in the mixture for 4-5 hours or overnight. The meat can then be baked, roasted, grilled etc, to taste.
